Rosé & Watermelon Smoothie

A delicious wine & frozen watermelon recipe to pair with light meals for dinner or lunch. Watermelon has extremely high water content. It’s the perfect fruit to eat on a hot day. But, to combat the watery smoothie problem, it is best to freeze the watermelon overnight. When choosing your watermelon, look for a seedless variety to make your life easier. If you can’t find seedless watermelon, take the time to pick out the seeds before you freeze it.
1 cup Rosé wine
1/2 cup yogurt
3 tablespoons maple syrup
Garnish: 2 sprigs mint
Garnish: 2 small wedges of fresh watermelon
