Lemon Supreme Pie

A lucius lemon filling on top of an irresistible cream cheese layer. This pie is perfect for the holidays.

1 Frozen pie crust (I use Mrs. Smith's Deep Dish)
1 .25 oz. packet of unflavored gelatin (I use Knox)
1 1/2 c. warm water
2 egg yolks slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 TBLS corn starch
1 TBLS butter
1/3 c. lemon juice (or juice from 1 large lemon)
2 TBLS lemon zest (or zest from 1 large lemon)
1/2 t. salt
For Cream Cheese layer
2 8 oz. packages of cream cheese softened
1/4 c. milk
1 c. powdered sugar
2 c. cool whip
2 TBLS lemon juice
