1 lb. brussels sprouts ( shredded )
1/2 cup dry lentils
1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
