Lidia's Scallops with Mushrooms

I saw this on Lidia\\\'s Kitchen on PBS and just had to make it. It was incredible. This recipe is so easy to make.

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 Large clove garlic (crushed)
4oz white button mushrooms (sliced)
8oz baby bella mushrooms (sliced)
2-3 scallions (chopped)
1 Medium zucchini (sliced)
2 tablespoons fresh oregano
1/2 cup chardonnay wine
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 - 3/4lb sea scallops
ground pepper to taste
