Being healthy doesn’t mean needing to sacrifice flavor. This dish is substantial, full of flavor, and something you won't feel terrible about eating. Double bonus, it's health factor is increased with the addition of spinach.

12 oz pasta
28 oz crushed tomato
1 tsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, chopped
10 oz package frozen spinach, thawed
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp dried basil, or 2 tbsp. fresh basil, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
8 oz part skim ricotta
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups shredded part skim mozzarella
28 oz crushed tomato
