16 oz. package of frozen broccoli, chopped
1 tsp. butter
1/2 c. onion, minced
1/2 c. fat-free Greek yogurt
1 (16 oz.) container low-fat cottage cheese
1 10 oz. can 98% fat- free cream of mushroom soup
2 c. shredded 2% sharp cheddar, divided
1 tsp. of Cajun seasoning
1/2 tsp. of garlic powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 c. rice, cooked
1 tsp. butter
1/2 c. onion, minced
1/2 c. fat-free Greek yogurt
1 (16 oz.) container low-fat cottage cheese
