This salad is nice and light and reminds me that it is summer and to enjoy my outdoors as much as possible. The bonus part of this recipe is it is Weight Watchers friendly, vegetarian and vegan.

1 Medium head of cabbage (shredded)
2 vine ripened tomatoes (cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces)
1 teaspoon garlic (minced)
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt & pepper to taste
