Lisa's Chia Seed Pudding

1 cup homemade almond milk
1/4 cup chia seeds
sweetener (option)
Combine ingredients in a glass jar and whisk to combine. Chill for 5 minutes and then stir again to be sure seeds are evenly distributed. Chill for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
