Loco Moco is one of the most popular Hawaiian dishes. It consists of rice topped with a beef patty and a fried egg with brown gravy!

4 eggs
The burgers:
1 lb (450g) ground beef
1/2 cup panko (Asian bread crumbs)
1/2 cup onion , minced (I used sweet onions)
1 egg , beaten
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
oil , for frying
The gravy:
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cup beef broth
2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper , to taste
