Lola is a traditional sweet from the Kutch region of Gujarat. This sweet is made from whole wheat flour, poppy seeds, eggs, ghee and sugar. Its a very simple and easy recipe and the best part is you can even store these in an airtight container for up to a month. So you are never out of quick but healthy snack. And kids love these too.
