1 lb lomo ( tenderloin )
rock salt
3 egg
3 Mediterranean flatbread
Sauce:
1/2 cup whole milk yogurt
1/4 white onion ( diced )
2 tbsp cilantro ( minced )
1 lime ( juiced )
4 tbsp mayo
1 tbsp butter ( melted )
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp curry powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Vegetables:
3/4 white onion ( sliced )
2 cups cabbage ( shredded )
1/4 cup lettuce ( shredded )
1 tomato ( seeded and sliced )
1 lb lomo ( tenderloin )
