This recipe is a low carb and crunchy chicken dish that is diet-comfort food at its best.

4 boneless chicken breast
2 eggs
2 cups unsweetened coconut
½ cup almond flour
¼ tsp. salt
½ tsp. paprika
½ tsp. dried parsley
¼ cup olive oil, for browning
