Low carb vegetable soup, healthy and easy to prepare.

1 chopped cabbage
1 chopped tomato
2 chopped onions
1 chopped garlic
1 coriander leaves
1/2 sliced green chilies
1/2 sliced lemon
1/2 tbsp vinegar
1/2 tbsp pepper chopped
1/2 cup mint leaves chopped
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp mexican sauce
1 chopped tomato
2 chopped onions
1 chopped garlic
1 coriander leaves
1/2 sliced green chilies
1/2 sliced lemon
1/2 tbsp vinegar
1/2 tbsp pepper chopped
1/2 cup mint leaves chopped
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp mexican sauce
Take a soup crockpot bowl and add all the ingredients into it except lemon pieces, mint and coriander. Now add 4-5 cup water into it. Stir the mixture and add salt as per taste. Let the mixture heat for next 10-15 minutes. After that add 1 more cup of water. Cook it for next 20 or more minute until the vegetable taste blends in the gravy. Add the sauce into this mixture and stir it well. Before serving the soup, add the mint leaves and coriander leaves. Sprinkle lemon juice on each soup dish. Serve hot.
