1 cup sprouted buckwheat
6-8 medjool dates
1 tablespoon carob powder
1 tablespoon coconut sugar- optional

Blend all ingredients together in a high powered blender. Press into a small pan and refrigerate or freeze until firm. Cut into small squares or eat entire thing in one sitting!!
