Making Pancakes rolled with ham and cheese

250 g flour
200 ml water
250 ml milk
3 eggs
1 tbsp oil
cheese (gruyere, comte or raclette)
sliced 1 handful of parsley chopped
chives finely chopped
garlic
6 slices of ham
salt, pepper
1. In a bowl, mix the flour, make a well and salt. Break the eggs in the Center and mix. Add milk as when stirring .2 Add oil and mix well to obtain a homogeneous paste. 3 Add water to measure .4 Add finely chopped herbs and garlic, stir and let stand 2 hours. 5. In an oiled skillet, Cook a pancake turn it over on ask top 1/2 slice of ham, 1 or 2 slices of cheese, fold it in 2, still in the pan to let the cheese melt a little, and do the same for other pancakes. 6 Roll up and serve with a green salad
