40g butter (softened)
120g sugar
100g flour (plain)
20g cocoa
1.5 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla sugar (or essence)
100ml milk
50ml brewed coffee (cold)
1 egg
40g Maltesers (chopped – see directions)

Frosting:
56g butter (softened)
140-180g icing sugar
1/2 to 1 tablespoon milk
