Maple brown butter skillet cornbread is perfect as a Thanksgiving side or as a compliment to chili. Leftovers make a great breakfast.

2 cups cornmeal*
1/2 cup gluten free flour**
1 1/2 tbs baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup of butter (12 tbs)
2 1/4 cup milk
3 eggs
1/2 cup of maple syrup
