Maple Granola Recipe

Out of the way store-bought granola! My homemade recipe is healthy and packed full of nuts, coconut oil, pepita seeds, and cinnamon. The secret ingredient that makes this granola delicious is maple syrup.

1 cup almonds
1 cup pecans
1/2 cup macadamia
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup coconut flakes
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup maple syrup
  1. Pre-heat oven to 300 degrees.
  2. In a food processor blend almonds, pecans, macadamia, coconut, cinnamon, and salt. Pulse until nuts are in small pieces but not powder.
