This chicken was so tender and juicy with just a hint of sweetness. Very tasty and seasoned perfectly.

2 chicken breasts, boneless skinless
salt and pepper to taste
¼ cup + 2 tablespoons chicken broth
¼ cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon thyme
2 cloves of garlic, sliced thin
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
