Marinated Broccoli Salad

Fresh Broccoli marinated in a delicious dressing - great for make-ahead salads.

SALAD:
1 head of Broccoli, broken into florets
1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved {I like to use Italian}
1 - 2 Red Onions, halved and thinly sliced
2 TB Poppy Seeds
2 TB Sesame Seeds
DRESSING/MARINADE:
3 TB Onion, very finely chopped
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup White Wine Vinegar
3/4 cup Sunflower Oil
1 t Salt
2 t Dijon Mustard
1 head of Broccoli, broken into florets
1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved {I like to use Italian}
1 - 2 Red Onions, halved and thinly sliced
2 TB Poppy Seeds
2 TB Sesame Seeds
DRESSING/MARINADE:
3 TB Onion, very finely chopped
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup White Wine Vinegar
3/4 cup Sunflower Oil
1 t Salt
2 t Dijon Mustard
1.) Toss together all the ingredients for the SALAD in a large mixing bowl.
2.) Mix all the ingredients for the DRESSING/MARINADE until well combined - pour over the Salad ingredients - chill at least 8...
