Marshmallow Teddy Bears

equipment: - 2 pots - a brush with kitchen - a silicone mold, me I chose a mold in the shape of cubs found on Amazon, it is even more cute!

For 12 teddy bear:
- 150 grams of dark chocolate confectioner
- 70 grams of marshmallows (or Fluff)
- 1 teaspoon of water
1st step: Start by cutting your chocolate into small pieces. Made the melt in a bain-marie. To do this: fill with water a large saucepan, and immerse a smaller inside. Have the chocolate in the smallest and heat the water. Stir frequently your chocolate to melt more quickly. 2nd step: using a brush of kitchen, paint your mold of chocolate. Cover well so that it is strong enough to not become cracked during the mold release, but not too not more for that it does not form a layer too thick for the tasting! Let take the refrigerator during about 5 to 10 minutes. 3rd step: During this time, in a microwave safe bowl, mix the marshmallows with a tablespoon of water and heat during a twenty seconds. Has the output of the microwave, mix well to obtain a creamy cream and then leave to cool. Finalization: using a handheld to bushes (or a bag freezing own which you will cut the end), garnish with your mold of the cream of marshmallows by completing approximately 2/3. Then coat of melted chocolate and scraped with a spatula to smooth out the everything and remove the excess chocolate. Let take the refrigerator during 2h minimum before unmold.
