Marshmallow Toffee Cookies

Marshmallow, toffee and chocolate are a delicious combination in this cookie.

1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
1 egg yolk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup toffee bits
3/4 cup mini marshmallows
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 375º F. Line a baking sheet or two with silpats or parchment paper.
