That is a question, you had a big dinner last night but you still have some mash potato left, but not enough to make an another meal… No problem I have solution for you. Mashed Potato Raisin Buns is the answer, sweet, easy and they stay moist the next day and the next day.

Dough:
1 cup mashed potato left over
1 cup warm milk
1/2 cup sugar
4 3/4 cups flour
10 g fresh yeast
1 tsp salt
2/4 cup unsalted butter
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Filling:
1 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 tbsp unsalted melted butter
