MATERIALS:
• 250 g asparagus, cut 10 cm
• 100 g of peas
• 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into pieces
• 50 g of beef bacon, cut into pieces, saute briefly
DRESSING:
• 100 ml Mayonnaise
• 1 tsp mustard sauce
• 1/2 tsp chili powder coarse
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1/2 - 1 tbsp lemon juice

DRESSING:
• 100 ml Mayonnaise
• 1 tsp mustard sauce
• 1/2 tsp chili powder coarse
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1/2 - 1 tbsp lemon juice
HOW TO MAKE MAYO ASPARAGUS SALAD:
- DRESSING:
- Mix mayonnaise with mustard sauce, chili powder, sugar, and lemon juice.
Stir well.
- Boil the asparagus and peas with a pinch of salt until it changes color, remove from heat and drain.
- Arrange asparagus, peas, peppers, and beef bacon in the dish. Flush with dressing. Serve immediately.
