Meatballs in Tomato Sauce

Everyone loves a steaming plate of meatball simmered in tomato sauce. Tomatoes have a slight acidic bite, which will pair well with red wines that have a nice acidic kick as well.

1/2 pound ground pork
1/2 pound ground beef
2 Egg
2 Onion
(4 Cloves) Garlic
1 tbsp parsley
(1 tbsp) basil
2 tbsp Cooking Oil
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup water
2 cans tomatoes
Salt, Pepper
  1. Grate the onion, garlic, and parmesan. You can use the same grater for this.
