4 cups portobello mushrooms, coarsely sliced
1 cup green bell pepper, chopped
1 cup stout beer (Guiness)
2 tablespoons sweet paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dried thyme
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup fat free sour cream
8 ounces egg noodles
1 cup green bell pepper, chopped
1 cup stout beer (Guiness)
