Awesome Meatloaf that uses zucchini and squash in place of breadcrumbs. This is a great way to add extra vegetables to your diet and reduce fat/carbs.

1 cup cooked zucchini
1 cup cooked squash
1 egg
1 egg white
1 package Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Cajun Seasoning
1/3 cup water
2 tsp Barbecue Sauce
