Mediterranean Chicken Tostadas

These Mediterranean Chicken Tostadas might be the easiest dinner idea yet. Packed with veggies and white meat chicken, feta cheese, and greek yogurt, I’m not sure dinner gets much healthier (or yummier) than this!

2 whole wheat pitas
½ cup hummus
1 cup lettuce, chopped
¼ cup cucumbers, diced
¼ cup black olives, sliced
1 tomato, diced
½ cup shredded rotisserie chicken
¼ cup feta cheese
2 tbsp greek yogurt
Parsley
Paprika
2 tsp olive oil
2 tsp lemon juice
