1 tbsp half and half
1 small tomato cubed
2 slices ham, cubed
1/4 tsp taco seasoning
1/2 cup shredded cheese
2 medium tomatoes ( cubed )
1/2 avocado
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp cilantro
3 tortillas
1 1/2 tsp oil
1 tbsp half and half
1 small tomato cubed
2 slices ham, cubed
1/4 tsp taco seasoning
1/2 cup shredded cheese
2 medium tomatoes ( cubed )
1/2 avocado
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp cilantro
3 tortillas
1 1/2 tsp oil
- Whisk together the eggs and half & half.
- In a skillet, on med/high heat, heat 1 teaspoon oil. Add the cubed tomatoes and ham. Once the tomatoes and ham are hot, pour in the egg mixture....
