Mexican Chocolate Ganache

This Mexican Chocolate Ganache is rich, creamy with a hint of cinnamon. To make this chocolate I used Mexican hot chocolate tablets which are coated with sugar and infused with cinnamon. The sugar coated chocolate adds a little crunch to the ganache.

3 Mexican Hot Chocolate tablets, chopped
1/2 cup heavy cream
Add chopped chocolate into a medium microwave safe bow. Microwave 1 minute; add heavy cream and microwave an additional minute. Stir until melted and creamy; set aside to cool.
