Mexican Layer Dip
31
Best mexican dip ever! Easy to make and feeds a lot of people
36
1 lbs. ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1 can refried beans
2 Cups sour cream (or more if desired)
1 Cup salsa (I use Pace Picante)
Shredded Lettuce
Fresh diced tomatoes
1 small can sliced black olives, drained
Shredded Cheddar cheese
1 packet taco seasoning
1 can refried beans
2 Cups sour cream (or more if desired)
1 Cup salsa (I use Pace Picante)
Shredded Lettuce
Fresh diced tomatoes
1 small can sliced black olives, drained
Shredded Cheddar cheese
In a sauce pan brown the ground beef, then drain the excess grease. Add the taco seasoning packet and cook according to the directions. Once the taco meet is cooked, add the can of refried beans and mix well. Spread the meat/bean mixture in a 9x13 baking dish. Spread evenly and then allow it to cool in a refrigerator. Once cooled, spread a layer of sour cream and then salsa on top of that. Add the shredded lettuce until covered evenly. Added the desired amount of fresh diced tomatoes and drained black olives. Top with cheddar cheese. Enjoy with corn chips! This dip goes a long way!
