These scrumptious Mexican Wedding Cookies are perfect for any occasion. They are buttery, crumbly, nutty, and topped with whole almonds!

1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 sticks (225g) unsalted butter , at room temperature
