In the interest of full disclosure the picture of this particular recipe are not of Mild Pork Chili Verde but rather MILD BEAR CHILI VERDE. But the recipe uses pork. So go try it already! Delicious!!

1.5 pounds pork roast
4 cups chicken broth
8 roma tomatoes, diced
1 large onion, chopped
2 Anaheim peppers, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
2 T cornstarch or flour
1/4 c water
1 T shredded cheese, optional
a sprinkle of cilantro, optional

Dice tomatoes and chop onion, and all peppers.
Mince garlic.
Add all ingredients except the cornstarch to a pressure cooker or slow cooker. Cover and turn on your pressure cooker to high and let it come...
