Milky Way Caramel Apple Cheesecake

This is one dilly of a twist on caramel cheesecake, toppled with lovely, gooey caramel, tart Granny Smith apples and rich Milk Way Caramel Apple Bar chunks. The presentation is beautiful with all those popping fall colors and it tastes amazing!
Graham Cracker Crust
2 cups cinnamon or regular graham cracker crumbs (about 15 whole crackers)
1/2 cup butter, melted
3 tablespoons brown sugar
Caramel Cheesecake
2 pkgs (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
1 can (300mL) Eagle Brand® Dulce de Leche Caramel Flavoured Sauce
4 eggs
1/3 cup All Purpose Flour
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Caramel Apple Milky Way Topping
2 Granny Smith apples, cut into chunks or slices (or whatever your flavor of choice is)
2 tablespoons butter
1 to 1-1/2 cups caramel topping or sauce
10 mini size Milky Way Caramel Apple Candy Bars cut into quarters

Preheat oven to 300°F
Combine graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar and butter, press firmly onto bottom of 9” springform pan.
Using a mixer, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy.
