Mince meat balls made in gravy style can be served with steam rice

1 pound mince mutton
ginger garlic [1 table spoon] crushed
green chilli [3 crushed]
red chilli powder [1 tea spoon]
coriander powder [2 table spoon]
garam masala [1 table spoon]
coriander leaves [ 1 small bowl ]
salt to taste
For gravy
large size onions [2 chopped ]
tomato puree [1 cup ] co
coriander powder [2 table spoon ]
garam masala [1 table spoon ]
coriander leaves [chopped ]
oil
salt to taste
Make Balls Clean and wash mince properly Add all the ingredients Mix it properly add salt mix well Make Balls of mixture [tight ] Take a pan Put all the balls in it cover the pan with lid and leave it for 15 minutes keep a side For gravy Take a pressure cooker Put oil in it Fry onions till golden brown Add tomato puree Add ginger garlic paste green chilli Cook for some time Add coriander powder coriander leaves Put meat balls [do not throw the water while they were in pan ] put garam masala Mix slowly so that balls do not break put the left water of pan stir it Add more water to form gravy[1 cup ] whistle the cooker Leave it on slow flame for 10 minutes Transfer in to a serving bowl garnish with green leaves Serve with steam rice
