Mini Fried Pineapple Pies

Now who doesn't like a fried pie? A mini pineapple one to boot! Using my Aunt Paula’s pineapple pie filling, why not stuff it into mini pies. I do love everything trial size. I’m certain you could make these with any flavor of filling you like.

2 9 inch pie crusts uncooked
1+1/2 cups sugar granulated
2+2/3 cups crushed pineapple with juice
3 tablespoons flour all purpose
vegetable oil for frying
1/2 cup powdered sugar
