Mini Strawberry Cheesecake Cookie Cups

A soft and chewy strawberry cookie cup made with a box cake mix, filled with a no-bake cheesecake filling. A perfect flavor combination!

Cookie Cups
3/4 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 large egg
2 tbsp milk
one 15.25 oz box strawberry cake mix

Cheesecake Filling
12 oz cream cheese
1 1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
graham cracker crumbs, optional
