Mint sauce is a sweet, tangy condiment is traditionally prepared from fresh mint leaves blended with garlic, chillies, fresh coriander, salt, and lemon juice. It is a popular accompaniment to fish, poultry, and beef. Whether you serve it as a side or a spread, it is a refreshing flavour for almost any dish.
In India, the coriander chutney and mint chutney is the most popular two accompaniments serves along with any Indian snacks or street appetizers. Be sure to use fresh mint leaves – the flavor of over-ground mint leaves will be very bitter and unpleasant.

2 cups Fresh Mint leaves
1/2 cup Fresh Coriander
2-3 Green chillies
1/2 tbsp Chat Masala
1/2 tbsp Salt
1 tbsp Yoghurt ( Hang curd )
4-6 Garlic cloves
Diced Ginger ( Small )
