Mixed Berry Watermelon Yogurt Popsicles

1 cup coconut yogurt ( unsweetened or plain )
1 cup spring water
tablespoons additional spring water ( start with 5 )
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
2 cups chopped watermelon ( white seeds okay black seeds remove )
1-2 drops liquid stevia
  • In a high-speed blender, blend the coconut yogurt, 1 cup water, and stevia until smooth. Pour mixture into a bowl and set aside. Do not wash the blender.
