These Sweet and Spicy Ribs are super tender, and flavorful. You can make them easily in the oven or on the grill.

Mongolian Ribs
2 tsp Chinese Five Spice powder
2 tsp Ground coriander
1 tsp McCormick dry ground mustard
1 tsp onion powder
¼ tsp Garlic salt
¼ tsp Garlic Powder
¼ tsp salt
½ Tsp Fresh Ground Pepper
2 medium yellow onions, halved
1 tbsp sesame oil
4 lb Pork Spare Ribs
¼ cup hoisen sauce
2 Tbsp chili Garlic Sauce
1 Tbsp soy sauce
¼ cup Spicy Honey Barbecue sauce
2 tsp Chinese Five Spice powder
2 tsp Ground coriander
1 tsp McCormick dry ground mustard
1 tsp onion powder
¼ tsp Garlic salt
¼ tsp Garlic Powder
¼ tsp salt
½ Tsp Fresh Ground Pepper
2 medium yellow onions, halved
1 tbsp sesame oil
4 lb Pork Spare Ribs
¼ cup hoisen sauce
2 Tbsp chili Garlic Sauce
1 Tbsp soy sauce
¼ cup Spicy Honey Barbecue sauce
Pre- Heat oven to 300° F.
Combine First 8 ingredients.
Place yellow onion halves in a large covered oven safe baking dish. Add 1/3 cup water. Rub spare ribs with sesame oil, and spice rub, keeping the majority of the spice rub on the top of the ribs. Place seasoned ribs on top of onion halves.
Cover and bake for 2 hrs.
Mix together hoisen sauce, chili garlic sauce, soy sauce and barbecue sauce until smooth. Pour sauce over ribs. Bake another 30-40 minutes.
