300 ml (1¼ cups) milk
1 egg
40 g Monterey Pepper Jack cheese ( chopped into small pieces )
20 g (1½ tablespoons) butter
400 g (4 cups) spelt flour
7 g dried yeast
2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon oregano
½ teaspoon garlic powder
100 g Monteray Pepper Jack
2 baby/cherry tomatoes
olive oil ( swig )
rosemary ( sprinkling )
Sea salt ( to preference )
