This light and sweet soup is a perfect appetizer or side dish to serve for guests.

1/4 stick of butter
6 carrots, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 yellow onion, chopped
2 1/2 cups of vegetable broth
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp allspice
