2 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
3 Garlic Cloves ( crushed and minced )
2 oz. Olive Oil
1 tbsp. Coriander ( toasted and ground )
2 tsp. Cumin ( toasted and ground )
2 tsp. Kosher Salt
1 tsp. Dried Chili Flakes
1/4 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
Tzatziki Sauce :
3/4 English Cucumber ( grated on the large holes of a box grater )
1 tsp. Kosher Salt ( divided )
4 Garlic Cloves ( peeled and finely minced, you can also use 2-3 cloves if you prefer )
2 tbsp. Fresh Dill ( chopped )
2 cups Greek Yogurt
2 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
