This breakfast recipe is not only nutritious, but it also is customizable and fun for the whole family. Everyone can make their own cup. All you need is a muffin tin and your culinary creativity

I used:
6 eggs,
1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
1 can of bay shrimp, rinsed
1/2 red onion
Small can of green chile's,
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup of jack cheese, goat cheese or
1/2 cup chopped roma tomatoes
6 slices of bacon, cooked but not crispy
1 cup cooked couscous
6 eggs,
1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
1 can of bay shrimp, rinsed
1/2 red onion
Small can of green chile's,
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup of jack cheese, goat cheese or
1/2 cup chopped roma tomatoes
6 slices of bacon, cooked but not crispy
1 cup cooked couscous
Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.
