Lip-smacking spicy lamb dry curry #muttonchukka

Mutton – 300gms
Small onions /shallots – 10 to 15 nos (finely chopped)
Tomato – 1 no (finely chopped)
Ginger garlic paste – 3 tbsp
Chilli powder – 1 tbsp
Coriander powder – 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder – ¼ Tsp
Salt – as needed
Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp (to garnish)
To grind :
Roasted gram (pottukadalai) – 1 tbsp
Fennel seeds (saunf/sombhu)– 1 tsp
Coconut – 3 tbsp
To season:
Gingelly oil (sesame oil) – 3 to 5 tbsp
Bay leaf – 1 no
Cinnamon – ½ inch stick
Cardamom – 2 pods
Clove – 2 pods
Curry leaves – few
