8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
4 ounces Crab or Imitation Crab, diced
2 Tablespoons Milk or Sour Cream
1/2 teaspoons Chives, dried
1/2 teaspoon Sugar
Dash Ginger
30 Wonton Wraps
Beat cream cheese, crab, sour cream, chives, sugar and ginger until mixed. Fill center of each wonton wrap with 1 tsp. filling. Using 2 fingers on each hand, pull up all 4 sides ( not corners ) at once...
