Whipped butter cream frosting that goes great with sugar cookies!

1 cup butter (unsalted)
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 and 1/4 cups powdered sugar
6 tablespoons heavy cream
Food coloring of your choice

Cream the butter, vanilla, powdered sugar, and heavy cream together. Stir in food coloring.
