My {Mother's} Pasta Salad

12oz box of Tri-Color Rotini Pasta
1 med red bell pepper, diced
2 celery stalks, sliced
1 sm can sliced black olives
8 oz Colby Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
1 sm jar sliced pepperoncinis
1 sm-med sliced carrot {or a handful of baby carrots, sliced}
1 package Good Seasons Italian Dressing {prepared according to package directions}
Cook the Rotini pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water {this will stop the cooking process}. Combine in a large bowl with other ingredients and toss to mix well. Chill...
