Natto and Mountain Yam Omelette

2 eggs
1 teaspoon white sesame seeds
3.5 oz. natto (1 box)
2 tablespoon chopped mountain yam
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste

Mix natto and mountain yam. Use the flavoring that came with natto package, or add a little soy sauce and yellow mustard.
Beat the eggs, add salt and pepper.
Heat a little olive oil in a flat pan.
Pour the egg in the pan and cook over medium heat until the egg is no longer running.
Place the natto and mountain yam mixture on one side of the egg.
Fold the egg and cook until set. You can flip it so it gets cooked more evenly on both side.
