1 Tbsp. yeast
4 cups flour
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups warm water
4 cups flour
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups warm water
Put flour in a bowl. Make a well. Sprinkle in the salt. Pour in warm water. Sprinkle on yeast and let sit 5 minutes or until yeast is foamy.
Mix it all together and knead it for 5 to 10 minutes.
